Discuss the provisions under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) that prohibit employers and labor unions from engaging in unfair labor practices


Section 7 allows employees the right to self-organization, to form, join or assist labor organizations, to bargain collectively and participate in such concerts. Section 8 makes it illegal for employers to interfere with unions, to discriminate employees in unions, to dominate unions, to retaliate
when filed and the refusal to bargain in good faith with union representatives.
