in achieving the focused goal. This is indeed achieved through the strengthening of the positive forces while minimizing the negative forces in order to optimize on achieving the final goal (Lake, 1988) (Palmer, 2009).
Indeed, force filed analysis can be viewed as a process that can be divided into several steps. The process begins by identifying the major initiative that is meant to be achieved. A force field diagram is drawn in which the strengths and cons surrounding the initiative are identified as well. One column is labeled as the “driving forces” and the other on labeled as the “restraint forces”. Under these two major columns the forces surrounding the initiative are identified through a brainstorming process, tested on their validity, relevance and assigned weights ranging from one to five (Lennan, 1989).

Analysis
According to the weights assigned to the different underlying factors ion the move to establish the feasibility of the initiative was 24 for the key forces driving the change against 11 which indicate the forces undermining the change. Therefore, following the above score it appears that the strengths exceed the weaknesses and therefore it is meaningful.
Manageable courses of action identified.
These are the steps that have been taken to improve the strengths as well as those that minimize the undermining forces in order to achieve the initiative better. These include;
Enlightening the public more on the need to be responsive to the needs of the disabled and therefore get their approval and support in pursuing the initiative.
Establishing partnerships with the people, religious institutions, corporate and government institutions to develop policies and implement actions that are sensitive to the concerns of the disabled.
Use the existing frameworks to raise the concerns of the disabled as this offers a great opportunity to make their concerns and need known.
Additionally, on the line of minimizing the constraints, financing will be sought from financial institutions that offer lending without much security so as to overcome the financial burden of which will take the organization a long way in facilitating its actions.
