solid cells manufacturing company that exposed workers and environs to lead
contaminants with prior knowhow of the effects of such practices.

In 2010, Toyota ignored information
about safety and delayed investigating possible recalls. In 2009, they learned
about sticking pedals and faulty brakes; instead of addressing the issue, they
added side airbags. In some cases, Toyota faced accusations of hiding evidence
for hundreds of cases involving death and rollovers, putting their drivers and
passengers at risk.

What steps
would you take as leader of the organization to prevent this behavior?

Ensure
that I get feedback from the regulating body early enough so that I act to
rectify the situation, ensure that all companies that deal with public money
are regulated and oversight from the regulating body is put in the public
domain.

Establish
a company constitution that ensures only ethical team players are hired and
those involved in such malpractices are sacked and forced to undo the chaos caused through compensation
to the affected.

Build a Culture of Transparency, Openness, and Communication
with exemplary leadership and develop peoples understanding of business ethics
