unethical business practices

ethics in business
unethical in various corporations
What unethical business practices have you personally encountered?
·         Financial fraud through overpricing of share value in the initial public offer for the share price to drop sharply after that for a considerable long time for a calls and internet service provider company
·         Market sabotage through negative publicizing
of competing companies in the brewing industry.
·         A solid cells manufacturing company that exposed workers and environs to lead contaminants with prior knowhow of the effects of such practices.
·         In 2010, Toyota ignored information about safety and delayed investigating possible recalls. In 2009, they learned about sticking pedals and faulty brakes; instead of addressing the issue, they added side airbags. In some cases, Toyota faced accusations of hiding evidence for hundreds of cases involving death and rollovers, putting their drivers and passengers at risk.
·         Advertising of kuber drug as a mouth freshener only to realize that it’s a drug and can cause several ailments including cancer
What steps would you take as leader of the organization to prevent this behavior?
·         Ensure that I get feedback from the regulating body early enough so that I act to rectify the situation, ensure that all companies that deal with public money are regulated and oversight from the regulating body is put in the public domain.
·         Establish a company constitution that ensures only ethical team players are hired and those involved in such malpractices are sacked and forced  to undo the chaos caused through compensation to the affected.

·         Build a Culture of Transparency, Openness, and Communication with exemplary leadership and develop peoples understanding of business ethics
