Active voice is used for most non-scientific in writing. Using active voice for the majority of your sentences makes your meaning clear for readers to understand and keeps the sentences from becoming too complicated or have too much wordy. Even in scientific writing, too much use of passive voice can cloud the meaning of your sentences. The bicycle went down down slamming due to break failure in a slope.
Sentences in active voice are also more concise or clearer than those in passive voice because few in a er words are required in expressing action in a very active voice than in passive. The bicycle slammed due to break failure.
I would use a verb and noun immediately in a pessive voice then in an active voice to make it much clearer and precise.
In the active voice, the order is Subject, verb , object. the verb used is an active verb. The doer of the action comes before the verb. eg. Jane killed the rat. In the passive voice, we say that the verb is passivized. The object or the receiver of the action comes at the beginning of the sentence. eg The rat was killed by Jane.
Users can be categorised into active and passive users. tyhe active users are those that take part in almost evry activity that takes place while the active users are those who are not actively engaged in the activity.
Active voice is where the subject comes before the verb. There is a direct relationship between the subject and the verb. In the passive voice the verb comes before the subject. In passive voice the object becomes the subject.

Users are described as the one who take part in the conversation. One user can be an active while the other one is passive does not take part directly.
