Arms of the Government

The branches of the government in the United States like the executive and the judiciary work together to make a country run. The executive carries out laws and the judiciary evaluates law. However, in the process of judicial review, executive decisions can be challenged by the judicial branch. Most of these decisions have directly affected the normal citizens in our daily lives. They are sometimes advantageous in life and can lead to racial equalities
(Easton, 1953).
Personally, I have experienced impacts of the judicial/ executive branches like the introduction of the healthcare law by the United States of America president allowed me to access healthcare services without any difficulty. The decision by Supreme Court to strike down interracial bans impacted positively in my life since I was able to be born from parents of a different race. The Missouri ex rel. Gaines Vs Canada gave me the right to study in the U.S. since they ruled for in-state education for all races.
The decision of the Supreme Court to allow education for all people without racial discrimination positively affected my life since we were able to mingle with people from all races. This come in as a good encouragement to me since I could pursue my education in any environment in the United States.
