experiences under homelessness is violence due to lack of shelters, disease exposure, stress and starvation (Polakow & Guillean, 2001).

According to research and analysis, the under age children are highly exposed to nutritional diseases which affects their body development and growth. Furthermore, streets women are subjected to harsh and hostile environment where heinous crimes like rape cases are inevitable. Healthcare service provision and enhancement for homes to the homeless is the main core appropriate measures and action taken by organization programs which are the initiative stakeholders for the homes to the homelessness. Moreover, citizens should be engaged in vibrant business and economical activities which enhances self-reliance. Homelessness exposes the vulnerable population to harmful situations and conditions. Spread of infectious and contagious diseases is inevitable to the victims of the vice. Drug abuse and violence is very prevalent to the homeless due to lack of shelter. The main appropriate objective and mission of the stakeholders is to facilitate humanitarian assistances which entails health service provision and advocate for humanitarian right through activism which forces the government to implement laws which protects the right of the vulnerable population. Children neglected are taken to the child care centers where basic needs are provided appropriately, in accordance’s to the stresses, mental illness and obsession of drug substances, rehabilitation centers are the appropriate centers through such conditions are ascertained effectively. Provision of homes is the best mechanism through which citizen’s security is embraced; it is important and convenient for both the organization program and government to educate the vulnerable population how to manage and operate businesses through provision of capitals and employment (Tower, 2007).
