Practitioner Behavior Style and Performance

In my profile survey number five, being competitive-wanting to win and be the best behavior description has improved from 3 to 6, this is because I have done good research on the things that I can do in order to become the best in my class. I have devised new ways, which will help in my improvement. Such ways include making sure that I get enough sleep so that my brain can be ready to be taught (Brown, 2011). I have also found ways that learning works for me. I have been following these ways and they have improved my way of thinking and making me to realize that I want to be more competitive. This has also made my behavior description in number 8 to increase because I have become careful with my work by making sure that everything is just right. This also brought an improvement in number 28 on getting deeply involved in my work (Brown, 2011).

In my behavior description, number six has also improved from 4 to 6 this is because I have realized that working with others as a group would make me improve on my performance. Being able to listen and work with others is a major characteristic that I needed to improve on. Working with others has also made my behavior description number 12 also to improve from 3 to 5. This is because working with others effectively needs someone who is slow to anger and someone who can be able to deal with conflicts. Self-confidence is also another important trait that I have worked on. This is because each and every day everyone is faced by challenges that ones we fall into them we lose hope. Having self-confidence makes someone to keep moving n no matter the challenges that comes your way. This realization has made my behavior description number 15 to increase from 2 to 4 (Brown, 2011).
There was good in attendance better than the previous one as each one of us wanted to participate. Before the meeting each one of us was well prepared and this showed that there was a good improvement in preparation. After meeting with the entire class and reviewing the class performance form, we discussed on how to improve performance and every one in class was ready to give out ways to make sure that there is a good improvement. As everyone was ready to critically analyze the problems and solve them individually, when we met in class everything about the problem solving was done in the best ways (Cummings, & Worley, 2014).
Problem solving is one of the major things that we discussed and everyone gave out the most common problems that we encounter and different ways of solving them. There was great positive change in this as everyone gave out ways problem solving. Involvement is one of the major thing that there was improvement on. Everyone in the class was ready to be involved in the performance of each role. Involvement is a major thing when it comes to an event that has to be completed by everyone. Involvement makes everyone to express themselves and giving out ideas that would get the task accomplished (Cummings, & Worley, 2014).
