This annoyed employees a lot since they expected better services from the human resource department. Such frustrations paved way for better systems of storing and sharing information. That is where technology came into help with digital systems of information management. These systems came as a huge step in the business world since it was easier to store and share information between departments saving time and employee disappointments. This improved the efficiency of every organization.
