Target Markets:
The target market for this business is the companies that deal with the construction and engineering projects. This is because the business will be in a position to ensure effective and timely delivery of the special items that they require in their projects that cannot be easily delivered by the major delivery companies due to the long duration required. The demographics of my market entail the sizes of the various businesses which can be either small, middle-size or large for easy differentiation (Martins, 2014). The geographic areas that I am targeting are the industrial areas and the outskirts of the cities where there are large constructions activities taking place.
Market Needs:
In the market, there is a need for an efficient and effective means of delivering
the special engineering and construction equipment especially the large ones. The unmet need that my product or the service will meet is ensuring timely delivery of the special equipment that is needed for the construction and the engineering companies for a short time. The product will benefit the customers in that they will be in a position to complete their projects within the desired period.
Market Trends and Growth:
The market trends that I will be capitalizing on includes the forces f the demand and the supply and also the speculations as well as the future expectations on the demand for the service. I will employ the use of both the online and the internet market trends to ensure that I can capture a wide scope of the customers. I will leverage them by offering a discount to those individuals who order their services online so that I can be in a position to encourage more people to do it. It is clear that there has been a growth in the market since with the awareness as well as the good customers’ service, those who have made use of the business service are spreading on its effectiveness and reliability through the word of mouth to their friends.
SWOT Analysis:
One of the strengths of the services that are offered by the company is that they are very timely and thus assists in ensuring the easy delivery of special goods to the engineering and the construction companies. The other strength is that it is very reliable and convenient since the goods are delivered to the customers’ doorstep to their comfort. One of the weaknesses of the company is that it only deals with the delivery of large equipment only and thus cannot be used for the small amount of the goods. The other weakness is that it only deals with the delivery of the engineering and the construction products only. On to the opportunities, the company has a great room for increasing their brand portfolio in the sense that they can increase their area of coverage in addition to the engineering and construction. The threats that the company has is that other companies are coming in the industry and it thus needs to ensure that it remains relevant by offering the best services.
Competitive Review:
The key competitor of this company is the TNT, which deals with the delivery of the special services. This company tends to occupy a very large position in the market since it can offer a large variety of the services that are desired by the customers and ensure good care of the goods delivered. One of the strategies that are employed by this company is that it offers services to their customers in 24 hours in a day and 365 days in and year meaning that it’s effective and reliable (TNT, 2016). The other strategy is that it has incorporated the delivery of all kinds of the goods to ensure that the needs of the customers have been looked at the right way.
Product Review:
The main feature of the product that is offered by the superfast delivery is that it aids in the fast and timely delivery of the products. This is very beneficial in the sense that it assists the engineering and the construction companies in their projects b helping them accomplish their own desired and the set goals. With the service offered by the superfast delivery, the companies can finish their projects on time since there is no delay in the delivery of the required equipment.
