how to improve oneself

What can I do to improve myself and my grade?
How to improve one’s grade
Reevaluate your past and evaluate your present, compare when you performed good and current situation. Note the differences, of say maybe you are having too many activities or thoughts that get you involved in a counter-beneficial
way.
Learn to appreciate yourself, identify your strengths and weaknesses. Work on your strengths to improve more, work on your weaknesses and appreciate what you cannot be, one cannot be a jack of all trades.
Always believe in yourself, this will help boost your self-esteem and also enable you to find ease in integrating different aspects of your life like academics and social life.
Have a mentor, identify with someone who inspires you, follow in their footsteps in how they achieved their goal, rediscover yourself in the process and brand yourself in a unique manner that is you. You can now build on your capabilities that you identify. You may realize that you are more capable than your mentor and become more motivated.
Always work on ways and means to memorize. Memory is a key aspect to improving grade, try associating one thing or a piece of information for an object, a picture or mental phenomenon. Try out repetition as a means to increase memorizing power. Always be with your notes and establish a behavior to go over them. You will soon or later realize that they become familiar and stick in memory with little effort.
Avoid distractors, by as much as you can, avoid distractors, be disciplined. When learning always avoid anything that is not part of your studies, be it a phone, a pet or television. However try doing math’s with some music and you may find it easier to get concentration as you become less distracted.
Always plan on outshining yourself. If you believe you can perform your best to be an average student, try becoming the best and for sure the motivation of what you aren’t achieving will keep you focused

Always if possible have your notes in your own handwriting, avoid revising on printed notes, don’t mind redundancy in writing notes again and again when revising, this will prevent boredom and can help one to note the tricks that can be used as simple revision strategies before exams.
