Application of Machiavelli principles to a modern organization

Application of Machiavelli principles to a modern organization
In his letters lorenzo de Medici, Machiavelli addresses many issues including thing that led to the princes being blamed or praise
. He recognizes that it is in the nature of other individuals to classify others using positive of negative qualities depending on how they perceive them. Individuals assign qualities such as good or bad depending on how they perceive the character of an individual. It is important for an individual to identify the characters that may lead to his or her ruin, and avoid them at all cost. For an organization, it is important for the organization to identify actions that may lead to the ruin of the organization. For those actions that will not need to the ruin of an individual, the individual may abandon the positive qualities if it is more beneficial to do so. For an organization, the organization may decide to do questionable action if they will not lead to the ruin of the organization if they bring success and prosperity to the organization. More often than not, a bad or good quality is a question of perspectives. One may find an individual’s quality a vice, while another may consider it a virtue (Machiavelli and Tim, CHAPTER XV-Concerning Things for Which Men, And Especially Princes, Are Praised, or Blamed)
