Literature research involves reviewing all readily available materials. This material may include internal company information, relevant trade publications, newspapers, magazines, annual reports, company literature, on-line databases and any other published

It can be used to collect data that is not publicly available or the one that is new to find in the literature. Focus groups are used as a preliminary research technique to explore people's ideas attitudes. It is often used to test new approaches and to discover customers concern. As an accountant using literature research method will work best whereby after reviewing the readily available materials like relevant trade publications, on-line publications, annual reports and any other published materials will aid in caring out the research process. Talking to people that is my colleagues and the customers will give definite information at early stages of the project and will provide information that is not publicly available. Using the focus groups research method will aid whereby groups can be categorized according to age and the research project carried out successfully.
