Date Health care mMarketing involves the practice of scheduling and effecting the formation, pricing, advertising, and circulation of ideas, goods, and services to generate exchange that led to satisfaction. The management must consider seven factors to ensure successful
marketing. These include product, people, promotion, price, place, positioning, and packaging. They are referred commonly to as the seven Ps. The continuous evaluation and re evaluation of the elements is important for business success. The flush health medical center employs strategic marketing to ensure the successful operation of the business and increase of the clients (Lindgreen, Hingley, & Antioco, 2011).
The best method to evaluate the products and services the business offers is to view the products and services as an outsider. Evaluate if the business meet the needs of the current customers. The organization also continuously examines the price of the products and services. This ensure the products and services are in line with the reality. Promotion is essential to strategic marketing. Promotion involves the way the organization spread the information about its products and services. The manner of presentation is also important. The organization promote through advertising and promotions (Trends in health care marketing, 1999).
The place where the product and services are sold is important. A continuous evaluation of where the customer meets the salesperson is relevant to the volumes of sales. Sometimes different locations generate different volumes in sales. The organization continuously evaluates other possible locations where the products and services may be marketable. The packaging influences the level of sales and the perception of prospective clients. The organization must look at the products and services packaging critically. This evaluation must involve evaluation of the organizations appearances from the time of contact with the client to the purchasing point (Litofsky, 1997).
Positioning the organization in the mind of the client is important. The organization must establish the current position and seek ways to better positioning this. The manner in which the customer perceives the organization is critical to success, especially in a highly competitive market. People are key players in the success of the medical center. They are the implementers of the policies and strategies that led to the actualization of the organizations target (Altsitsiadis, 2011).
